Nectarine: 1 jumbo size, 150 grams
Egg: 1 piece, 50 grams
Almond Flour: 1 cup, 150 grams
Parmesan Cheese: 8 tablespoons, 60 grams
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon, 8 grams
Paprika: 1 teaspoon, 5 grams
Salt (Iodized): 1 pinch, 3 grams
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon, 15 grams
Preparation of
Pre-set the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the onions into thin circles and separate the nested rings by hand. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk the egg in a different bowl to create your own station (egg container – dry material container – tray).
It is absolutely cool to have greasy paper on your tray, if not, do not use aluminum foil, which is the alternative of the majority!
Soak the onion rings first in egg order, then put them in the dry ingredients and place in the tray. After placing all of them with a brush or oil spray 1 tablespoon on all of them enough to apply.
Place in the heated oven for about 20 minutes until golden yellow.
