The scientific world agrees that exercise is one of the indispensable elements for our health.
However, opinions vary about how to do this, and just like diets, there are thousands of recommendations for the type, duration and weight of exercise.
In general, I do not find it right to go to gyms or to do heavy sports. I recommend the movement to be continuous, to be digested and undetected in daily life.
Sitting shortens life
The results of a study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine seriously support my theory. In the analysis of data from 54 countries, it was calculated that the average time spent sitting is 4.7 hours per day, and shortening this time by 50 percent will reduce all-cause deaths by 2.3 percent. According to the research, sitting for more than 3 hours a day accounts for 3.8 percent of all deaths (433 thousand deaths a year). When this period is reduced to less than 3 hours, the life span extends by 0.2 years.
Experts underline that it is very important for people not to sit for a long time, at least stand up from time to time and take a few steps. These results are also valid for those who exercise on certain days of the week; So no matter how much you do exercise, the main thing is not to stay sitting for a long time.
Let’s come to the result: Sitting shortens your life
The basic elements of being healthy and preventing diseases are to be fed like a man and to be active enough. It is also harmful to eat up because it is very useful and to stay in blood sweat because it is beneficial for sports and health.
Thanks to the researchers who worked hard to prove my theories.
